RINAGYM app · effective from 4 November 2026
In short: the app sends us no data about you. Your name, gender, workout history, challenges and the pet game are stored only in your phone’s memory and never reach our servers. We don’t run user accounts and we use no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For any questions about your data, please write to us at the address above.
The app stores in your browser’s local storage on your phone:
This information stays on your device. We have no access to it, don’t copy it and don’t share it with anyone. Storing it on your phone is necessary for the app to work the way you want (to remember your workouts and settings). You can delete everything at any time — with the “Clear my data” button in the Profile tab, or by deleting the app and the site data in your browser.
How long: the data on your device is kept until you delete it. Storing it on your device does not require consent, because it is strictly necessary for the service you asked for (the national rules implementing Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive in your country).
So that the app can load and show the catalogue, your phone connects to:
With every connection, the server receives the standard technical data that every browser sends: IP address, date and time, the requested file, device type and browser version. Providers may keep it briefly in server logs in order to deliver the files and protect the service from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the app and keeping it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We pass no information about you or your workouts to these providers and we don’t analyse these logs. Logs are kept for as long as needed to deliver the files and protect the service, under each provider’s rules, and are then deleted.
Cloudflare is based in the USA, and the Cloudflare and Shopify content delivery networks operate worldwide. Technical connection data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are based on the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR — the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers.
The “Buy in the shop” button opens the shop website in your browser. The link contains a
source tag (the utm_source=rinagym-app, utm_medium and
utm_campaign parameters) that tells the shop the visit came from the app. This tag
is the same for everyone and contains no information about you. From that moment on, the shop’s
privacy policy applies
(rinagym.pl,
rinagym.de,
rinagym.it).
If you install the app from Google Play, Google processes data about the download and updates under its own rules, described in the Google Privacy Policy. We receive no information from Google about who installed the app.
The app saves its files in your device’s cache so it can work without internet: the app files themselves, images, voice recordings and a copy of the shop catalogue. They contain no data about users.
The app is intended for adults (18 and over). The “With your child” programmes are a tool for parents or carers: the child exercises only under the supervision of an adult who operates the app. We collect no data from children — we collect no data from anyone at all.
You hold all the app data yourself: you can change it at any time (in Profile) or delete it (the “Clear my data” button). Regarding technical connection data, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing. To exercise them, write to: rinagym.pl.2024@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in particular in the Member State where you habitually reside (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for us is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl). Purchases in the shop are covered by the shop’s privacy policy.
The exercises and tips in the app are for information only and do not replace medical advice or an assessment by a physiotherapist. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, are pregnant or are returning to exercise after a long break — talk to your doctor before training. Stop the exercise if you feel pain.
The rules for using the app, including the rules for the pet game and the challenges, are set out in the app terms of use.
If we change the scope of the data processed, we will update this page and the date at the top. The effective date always indicates the current version.
